Help & Details

Frequently asked.

If your question isn't answered below, please send us a note. We read every one.

How are the prints made?
Every painting is scanned at archival resolution from the original. When you order, your print is made-to-order on the surface and at the size you choose — canvas, fine-art paper, or framed — using pigment-based inks rated to last decades indoors.
How long does shipping take?
Most prints are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once handed to the carrier, U.S. ground delivery is usually another 2–5 business days. Larger framed pieces and stretched canvas can take a little longer — you'll see an estimate at checkout.
Where do you ship?
For now, we ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. International shipping is on the roadmap — drop us a note if you'd like to be told when it opens up.
What's your return policy?
Because every print is made just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind — but if anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
How should I care for my print?
Hang prints out of direct sunlight to keep colors their truest. For canvas, a soft, dry microfiber cloth is all you ever need. For framed pieces, gently clean the glass with a non-ammonia cleaner sprayed on the cloth (not the glass).
Do you sell originals?
Originals stay in the studio for now. If you have a piece in mind, the closest thing is a commission — a one-of-one painting made for you. Start a commission request →
Can I see a piece in a custom size?
Most pieces are available in several sizes; you'll choose at checkout. If you need something specific (a narrow alcove, a tight gallery wall), email us — we're happy to custom-fit when we can.
